Zimivir 1000mg is a tab made by GlaxoSmithkline. whose main ingredient is valacyclovir. This drug is used in the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections and chickenpox. It is an antiviral medication and helps in preventing multiplication of viruses in human cells. This drug even stops the further production of new viruses and clears the infection caused.

Zimivir requires more water at the time of consumption and doesn’t matter if it is taken with or without food. Side effects may occur due to weakness so proper care should be taken to avoid this.
